Alma's stellar reputation in the industry, paired with a lifetime of experience in the local market, made her the primary target for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise team, who then paired her with Greg— previously the #2 Realtor in the entire country of Mexico by sales volume— and founded the brand's first bicultural and binational office, ideal for an expat-dominated market based in a Mexican city now named "The #1 City in the World" multiple times each by Conde Nast Traveler and Travel & Leisure magazines.
