Casa Refugio

Welcome to Casa Refugio, a traditional Mexican home which has it all, walkability to the historic center of San Miguel, garden space and income producing potential.

On the first floor, the property features a one-car garage, a large gallery that connects a cozy bedroom with full bathroom, a traditional kitchen, dining room, an additional guest bedroom/tv-room, laundry area, living room, and back garden. This garden is quite intimate and is ideal for al-fresco dining or to enjoy a glass of wine with friends.

At the end of the above-mentioned gallery, there is an inviting reading area and a staircase which leads to the main bedroom. This room has its own private terrace with direct views into the back garden. It also features a full bathroom with tub shower, gas fireplace, closet and an exposed bookshelf which can also be used to showcase your art collection.

From the main bedroom, one can access a common terrace which connects the main bedroom with an independent suite, an additional rooftop terrace with views to the southern mountains of San Miguel, and an office area.

The independent suite is equipped with its own kitchenette and full bathroom, and can be accessed from the common terrace, but also directly from the street, so it could be used as an additional bedroom, or it could be rented independently.

Casa Refugio is offered fully furnished (with a few exceptions), so all you have to do is bring your toothbrush and start enjoying all that San Miguel has to offer.
